Places to eat in Hot Springs

Wandering Bison Coffee is one of our favorite diners in Hot Springs, SD! The baked goods are amazing and they have breakfast and lunch options.

The Dragonfly offers fresh, quality ingredients, sourcing local as available, as well as The new restaurant will feature food from The Cakery, Okoboji wines, and local craft beers and kombucha.

This is a family business with family-style dining. Home canned fruits and vegetable are also available.

The Kitchen Ink features a great selection of burgers, steaks, and salads all made fresh onsite. One thing we particularly appreciate is that they use tallow and butter in their cooking, not seed oils!

Buffalo Dreamer is a gourmet, full-course restaurant that serves out of Olifants on the weekends. This is a must if you appreciate an excellent dining experience!

Enjoy quality food for dine in or choose from a selection of meals to take home — along with selection of craft beer, kombucha, and wine in this taproom.

Red Shed Smokehouse is seasonal, and they offer pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and sides. See their FB page for more info.

New to Hot Springs, Olifants is a healthy and flavorful option for breakfast or lunch! Beautifully plated, their food and atmosphere invite you to take your time and savor each bite.

We're told this is the best coffee in Hot Springs! They also serve smoothies, protein shakes, and energy drinks.

Jalapeno's is a Mexican restaurant specializing in delicious food made from fresh ingredients and masterful preparation. This is a popular place and may have a wait. On another note, we recommend the steak.

A short drive from downtown Hot Springs, SD, Rodeo grounds is a family friendly restaurant that serves signature burgers and steaks.
