Host a small to medium-size event at the The Lodge at Highland Meadows Resort. Events at the lodge include access to the kitchen, great room, one restroom, an event room, private front lawn, white folding chairs and banquet tables (for indoor use only). Events at the lodge are limited to 20 people per indoor event and 40 people if the event is primarily outdoors.

Events may include: 

  • Seminars

  • Small reunions

  • Micro weddings

  • Birthday or anniversary parties

  • Dinner parties

Events do not include decor, extra place settings, food, tablecloths, backdrops, etc. If you're traveling and want to use local event planning resources, please consult our event planning guide.

Access to The Lodge begins at 12 p.m. the first day of your booking and ends at 10 a.m.  the morning you check out. 

Entire resort

Host a medium to large event at Highland Meadows Resort for full access to all amenities. This type of event allows for the use of the large event meadow, lodge lawn, all units, outdoor seating areas, wood camp fire pit, and laundry facilities.

 

Events may include:

  • Weddings

  • Family reunions

  • Professional off-sites 

  • Company retreats

  • Team-building retreats

The entire resort sleeps 18 guests (cabins, tipis, and lodge), with eight additional tent spaces available. 

​

This event venue can accommodate up to 200 daytime-only guests .

At Highland Meadows Resort, we want your event to be a success, so we've compiled a list of resources and a guide to local:

Our event planning page and site map can help you visualize the space available and plan for activities as well as which guests will occupy which units or tent spaces.

Once you contact us about hosting an event, you'll be sent a questionnaire so we can ensure you have everything you need from us — and we have clear expectations about what your event entails. 

​

Be aware that Highland Meadows Resort is situated atop a private mesa with steep slopes on all sides. Not all areas are clearly fenced off.
